The Omni Containment Systems Curb Deflector mounts below the rooftop kitchen exhaust fan base between the exhaust fan and the grease containment unit. The Curb Deflector deflects grease away from the exhaust fan curb out onto the filter media of a Grease Gutter or Roof Guardian grease containment system. It also prevents grease from running down a fan curb, preventing it from passing between a grease containment unit and the fan base. By intercepting and diverting grease discharge off an exhaust fan curb, the Curb Deflector prevents costly exhaust fan curb rebuilds.
